Pallas Athena - process management - Home


 

Once you have documented your processes using BPM|Protos you may progress to the next stage of using your BPM|Protos models to generate live applications which take the user through the process. This adds control to your processes and ensures that the standard process is followed each time. 

Pallas Athena offers a two day BPM|Activate training course which may be held either on your premises or at our location in Runcorn. 

The only pre-requisite is that all delegates should be experienced BPM|Protos users and should have undertaken the BPM|Protos training course. BPM|Activate is designed to be used by ‘end users’ and should not need any IT development or programming experience.


During the course we discuss:

The course is ‘hands on’ with lots of exercises. At the end of the course you should be able to create extensive applications using BPM|Protos as the ‘development’ tool and implement them throughout your organisation.
