RCI is transforming the computer systems and business processes throughout the company. The project, named 'Odyssey' is making full use of BPM|Protos to help achieve this quickly and efficiently. The Odyssey team saw no point in modelling the current processes but is concentrating on the processes as they wish them to be. The aim is to achieve significant cost and process efficiencies and to provide a better customer service.
Six members of staff have mapped over 240 processes in a 4 month period in addition to learning new computer systems. Extensive use of the BPM|Protos Library, link models, analyses and metrics has been made.
RCI's Global Process Excellence Project team is also using BPM|Protos.
