What is delivered in the Core Processes?
- Detailed process flow including full descriptions at activity level explaining what is happening at each stage (includes Guidance, Procedures and Processes)
- Available on your Intranet or a shared drive for all staff to access and follow
- Roles are allocated at each stage so you can see who does what, who is responsible and involved.
- Not only can you see which documents are involved at each stage but you can hyperlink to templates, spreadsheets, URLs and videos. This provides an interactive, ‘living’ document
- You can see the impact of computer systems
- A report in rtf format is also included if you prefer a paper based copy
What are the Options?
- Take the core processes in HTML and/or Word format
- Take some initial consultancy so we may tailor the processes to match your business and link your own documents at the relevant places
- If you would like us to maintain your processes you may take out a core process annual maintenance agreement where our consultants visit you at regular intervals and make any changes to the processes. Changes may also be made off site if you send us details or models with comments using the free Protos Viewer
- If you prefer the independent option you may purchase the Protos software, take the training and maintain the processes yourselves
