Certainly, open the process structure window in Protos for this. Then click the plus sign (+) that appears before the name of the (sub) process. All data elements and applications now appear, so that you can link them to every required object in every (sub) process.

I have created a library document, and linked it to a process model. Now I want to link this library document to another process model, but it doesn't work.
It is possible to use a library document, which has already been linked to a process model, in a different place. This is done in the following way. - Link the library object from the library to the data window. The library object is now an object within the process model.
- Link the document by dropping it on the activity.
- To now link the library object to another object within the model, open the process structure window and drag the document from here to the required object. This is why we advise you to link the library objects to the process model at the main process level.
