Pallas Athena offers Business Process Management consultancy on many levels. Our consultants have experience in many industry sectors. All consultancy offerings are tailored to your specific needs.

Business Process Modelling

You may wish to document all of your processes and procedures but cannot release your staff to spend the time for the project. Pallas Athena can provide consultants to do the process modelling for you and deliver the documented processes in HTML (to be published on your intranet) or rtf (for printed manuals) format.

The sessions may be on a one-to-one basis or held in a

workshop environment. The processes are input directly into BPM|Protos in real time and the models may be distributed to the contributors at the end of each session for comment and revision. This approach allows the processes to be documented very quickly and the speed of delivery allows immediate feedback and amendment before final delivery.

You may prefer your staff to document your own processes. We can help at the start of the project and go through some of the processes with your staff and then leave them to model the remaining processes. You may then wish us to come in periodically to review the processes, perform a health check, suggest any changes or answer any queries.

Pallas Athena can also be involved with the set up and management of the project. We can offer advice on best practice for holding workshop sessions. If you prefer we can manage the whole project, Pallas Athena follows the PRINCE2 principles for project management.

Technical Consultancy

If you wish to implement applications based on your BPM|Protos models using BPM|Activate we can either write the applications for you or offer advice and health checks periodically throughout the project.

For larger case management and workflow implementations you may wish us to develop the applications using BPM|FLOWer. Alternatively you may wish one of our technical

consultants to be part of your project development team on a part time basis.
